Not all of us are poets or artists. Still, when song lyrics read as if they were written by someone in primary school, there is something wrong with the big picture. Let’s look at ten cringe-worthy examples of songs that should never have made it past the cutting room floor.

When subtle imagery won’t work, why not just spell it out? With lyrics such as “it’s too big, it’s too wide, it’s too strong, it won’t fit”, little is left to the imagination. Considering her audience, we shouldn’t be surprised at such simplicity.
