Passengers report chaos at Stansted airport when over FORTY flights landed over TWO HOURS.

Coming home after a nice relaxing holiday is bad enough as it is, without an hour of queueing into the bargain. According to complaints on Twitter, over 5000 disappointed passengers were left queueing at Stansted airport last night when 41 flights came in to the airport between 10pm and midnight, leading to chaotic scenes.

Angry holidaymakers, who returned home to find ‘shocking’ queues at passport control took to Twitter to complain. One claimed she had missed the last train back to London, and other claimed that the wait had ruined their holiday. One upset passenger tweeted: ‘When the end of your holiday turns to s*** because Stansted Airport are incapable of operating efficiently.’
